If you need to cancel your order, please know that it is possible as long as it has not yet been sent to production. We give you a minimum of 24 hours before the production process begins, so please be sure to notify us during this period if you need to make any changes. We typically begin production of your products within 2 to 4 days after receiving your order. We kindly request that you also take into account the shipping time once the production of your order is complete.
Please note that shipping within France usually takes 2-3 working days, while shipping within the European Union may take 3 to 10 working days. For the rest of the world, the estimated shipping time is 5 to 14 working days. We are happy to ship your orders to any destination in the world from our location in France.

Please note our website displays local currencies to help simplify your browsing experience, but all orders are processed in EUR. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders in different currencies at this time.

Yes, you can track your order using our order tracking tool. Simply navigate to the “Order Tracking” section at the top of our website and enter your order number and email address. You will then be able to see the status of your order and track its progress until it reaches your doorstep.

  • France: The shipping fee for the first product is 4.80 EUR and each additional product is 1.50 EUR.
  • European Union + Switzerland: The shipping fee for the first product is 5.50 EUR and each additional product is 1.80 EUR.
  • DOM (French Overseas): The shipping fee for the first product is 14.50 EUR and each additional product is 14.50 EUR.
  • TOM (French Overseas): The shipping fee for the first product is 11.50 EUR and each additional product is 11.50 EUR.
  • World: The shipping fee for the first product is 10.50 EUR and each additional product is 6 EUR.

We apologize, but we do not offer refunds for orders as each item is made specifically for the customer after the order is placed.

However, there is a unique case where we allow returns and refunds. If there is a manufacturing error in the printing process (such as a design or sizing error on our part) or if an item is damaged during shipping, we ask the customer to provide us with a photo of the damaged product, a description of the problem, and the order number. If the photo is not sufficient, we may ask the customer to return the product. Once we have received this information and determined that there is a clear quality issue, we will reprint and send a new product to the customer at no additional cost.

It’s important to note that if a customer’s parcel shows obvious signs of damage during transit, they should refuse delivery and inform us immediately. Additionally, all complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 30 days of purchase in order to be eligible for a reprint.
